Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for Teamcenter users, addressing account issues, access requests, and basic troubleshooting.
- Assist with user onboarding, role assignments, and coordination of training activities.
- Support Bill of Materials (BOM) maintenance, item creation, and revision management processes.
- Monitor and maintain change workflows and lifecycle states within the PLM/CM software.
- Perform data cleanup and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency of information.
