Tech Stack

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, monitor, and optimize the Siemens NX CAD environment, including templates and customization files across the organization.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for CAD/PLM software applications and manage the incoming IT helpdesk queue.
• Onboard new hires by setting up CAD-capable workstations, user accounts, and software permissions.
• Create, organize, and maintain user-facing self-service documentation and internal IT knowledge base articles.
• Coordinate configuration and improvement projects with engineering, manufacturing, IT, quality, and external service providers.
