Responsibilities

• Create Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation and provide technical expertise to support Sales and Solution Architecture teams.
• Lead client onboarding and migration efforts, completing end-to-end server builds.
• Perform DB2 for z/OS upgrades and support associated ISV products.
• Support DB2 environments for clients, including applying maintenance and performing upgrades.
• Collaborate with clients to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve DB2 system, software, and database-related issues.
