Responsibilities

• Design and ship the skill pack framework, including how skills are authored, versioned, distributed, and loaded across various monorepos (Go, Java, Python, iOS, Android, Web).
• Build the multi-agent runtime within Uber's DevPod cloud environments, focusing on persistent background agents, swarm orchestration, and cross-agent context passing.
• Develop AI-powered code intelligence features such as semantic code search, dependency-aware context, and deep codebase understanding for agents.
• Own and evolve the MCP platform layer by consolidating various MCPs into a unified, low-latency context infrastructure for agents.
• Partner with multiple platform teams (Code Infra, DevPod, Mobile, Web, Backend) to deliver foundational systems enabling agentic engineering at Uber's scale and define technical direction for agentic infrastructure.
