Responsibilities
- Own the design and delivery of a fully operational mission system for the new Thunder platform.
- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary engineering teams, including mentoring senior software engineers.
- Drive architecture selection, design, and integration for robotic mission systems, payloads, and weapon systems.
- Oversee compliance with modular open systems approaches (MOSA/WOSA) and relevant aviation and safety standards.
- Partner with Vehicle Software, hardware, airworthiness, and third-party vendors to deliver end-to-end capabilities.

Requirements
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Engineering, a relevant field, or equivalent experience
