Mission Systems Lead - Thunder

Tech Stack

Responsibilities

• Own the design and delivery of a fully operational mission system for the new Thunder platform.
• Lead and manage multi-disciplinary engineering teams, including mentoring senior software engineers.
• Drive architecture selection, design, and integration for robotic mission systems, payloads, and weapon systems.
• Oversee compliance with modular open systems approaches (MOSA/WOSA) and relevant aviation and safety standards.
• Partner with Vehicle Software, hardware, airworthiness, and third-party vendors to deliver end-to-end capabilities.
