Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of how people discover each other across Bumble's ecosystem (Bumble Date, BFF, Bee, Badoo)
• Define and drive a unified vision for Matching that spans the underlying platform, personalization models/ranking systems, and user experiences
• Partner across engineering, data science, design, and Trust & Safety to reimagine Matching as an intelligent, adaptive system
• Shape model-driven experiences and ensure responsible, inclusive, and transparent use of intelligent systems
