Responsibilities
- Lead Product Managers across Growth, Web, and Customer Foundations, setting strategy for funnel optimization, down-market acquisition, enterprise enablement, and the customer lifecycle model.
- Define the end-to-end growth strategy across various channels including website, Product-Led Growth (PLG), SMB, enterprise, and partnerships.
- Own core funnel performance metrics from traffic to activation, including MQL and onboarding.
- Drive scalable SMB and long-tail customer acquisition motions, while partnering with Sales and Partnerships to support large enterprise deals and identify product gaps.
- Oversee the onboarding risk engine and customer compliance workflows, and build/operationalize Plaid’s Customer Lifecycle Model (CLM).
