Responsibilities

• Own the money movement strategy, defining the long-term vision and roadmap for Plaid’s Transfer products across various payment rails (ACH, RTP, FedNow, Wires, and RfP).
• Lead the evolution of Plaid’s payments operations, scaling real-time payments and setting standards for reliability, reconciliation, and network performance.
• Oversee ACH operations and customer oversight, balancing growth, compliance, and scale across Plaid’s payments ecosystem.
• Partner with Engineering and Operations to deliver resilient, transparent, and insight-driven systems.
• Act as a thought leader in the future of open, real-time payments and modern financial infrastructure.
