Responsibilities
- Shape Invest business strategy and product development through high-impact, data-driven insights.
- Partner with Invest business leaders, Product, and Finance to grow SoFi Invest.
- Identify strategic opportunities, measure KPIs, craft compelling stories, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Drive customer engagement strategies including account funding, recurring deposits, trading activity, and retention.
- Own Invest’s end-to-end experimentation lifecycle from hypothesis development to actionable product recommendations.
