Responsibilities

• Build the core infrastructure for MongoDB to become a world-class distributed database.
• Work on high-impact problems in networking, observability, workload management, and data movement.
• Strengthen MongoDB’s availability guarantees through improvements in connection management, load shedding, robust scale-out, and availability testing.
• Contribute to the development of projects for upcoming MongoDB releases and participate in design reviews for new features.
• Lead the development of new features and mentor new engineers on the team.
