Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of Grafana customers, owning their technical lifecycle and observability maturity journey.
• Design and architect complex observability solutions, guiding implementations and advising customers on best practices.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting, conduct root cause analysis, and perform regular technical reviews or health checks.
• Act as the internal technical voice of the customer, collaborating with Engineering and Product Management to influence product roadmap priorities.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and develop technical documentation, guides, and tutorials for customers.
