• Lead end-to-end analytics projects, from defining metrics to analyzing data and delivering insights.
• Design and analyze A/B tests, quasi-experiments, and causal analyses to measure the impact of product changes.
• Build compelling narratives from complex data, presenting findings to influence decisions with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Identify friction and opportunity across the customer lifecycle and translate findings into actionable strategies.
• Develop and apply AI-assisted approaches to analysis, insight delivery, and data workflows to multiply impact.
