Responsibilities

• Design and build secure AI integrations that can read from and write back to core platforms like Salesforce and Zendesk.
• Architect a secure integration layer between external LLM providers and internal data, ensuring strict permission-based access.
• Write production-ready backend code using modern agent frameworks (ADK, LangChain) and implement robust Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure for deploying and maintaining services in a cloud environment, and implement automated testing frameworks for AI response quality.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-impact automation opportunities and translate business needs into technical specifications.
