Staff Software Engineer, Applied Training

Tech Stack

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the roadmap for Applied Training by understanding customer needs and collaborating with internal cloud-native primitive teams.
• Design and build a complete Kubernetes-native research cluster experience, including CLI, job configuration, operators, and daemons, to address common researcher problems.
• Own the Python SDK and work with the backend team for sandbox infrastructure, enabling large-scale agent rollouts and benchmarks while abstracting infrastructure complexities.
• Write documentation for running popular open-source training frameworks on CoreWeave to unblock customers.
• Work directly with large AI labs to understand their supercomputing stacks and integrate that knowledge into CoreWeave's offerings.
