Responsibilities

• Own quality end-to-end, defining testing strategy across product, infrastructure, and AI workflows and building supporting systems.
• Design and implement automated testing frameworks across UI, APIs, and backend systems, ensuring integration into CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead and grow the QA function, mentoring engineers and setting quality standards across teams.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to focus testing efforts and build fast, trusted feedback loops.
• Work with the ML team to define testing for AI systems, including LLM and agent-based workflows, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
