Responsibilities

• Own and evolve quality strategy across frontend, backend, and AI services, managing end-to-end test coverage and load testing
• Lead and grow a small QA team, mentoring engineers and managing direct reports while remaining hands-on
• Design and implement scalable automated testing across integration, regression, and performance layers
• Diagnose performance bottlenecks across test infrastructure, networks, application services, and databases, partnering with engineering for remediation
• Evaluate and adopt modern AI-powered tools to accelerate test generation and improve release confidence
