- Build “Day-1 enabled” workflows including role-tailored playbooks and content auto-diffs to improve support organization efficiency.
- Continuously automate repetitive touchpoints using scripts, agents, and LLM-powered flows, implementing governance, observability, evaluation gates, and safe rollback.
- Codify detection, on-call handoffs, and post-incident learning loops to protect customer experience and SLAs.
- Prototype and learn quickly using tools like ChatGPT, Jupyter notebooks, and Retool to prove value before hardening with Engineering.
- Stand up data pipelines that capture sentiment, ticket trends, and BPO insights, routing actionable signals back to Product within hours.
