Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of critical Safety AI initiatives, focusing on real-time perception systems for edge devices and the cloud.
• Architect end-to-end computer vision pipelines, including object detection, tracking, semantic segmentation, and multi-camera fusion.
• Drive the technical roadmap for edge and cloud perception, optimizing models for constrained hardware without sacrificing accuracy.
• Partner with hardware and firmware teams to co-design the full stack for custom devices.
• Mentor and technically guide senior scientists and engineers across the team, bringing clarity to ambiguous engineering challenges.
