Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Data Science owner for the Creator Reputation Model and Good Standing score to estimate creator trustworthiness and gate publishing access.
• Lead anti-abuse modeling for creator rewards and creator analytics to identify bad actors at scale.
• Serve as the directly responsible individual (DRI) for core creator data infrastructure and semantic layer design.
• Lead AI enablement for the creator organization, building evaluation frameworks and scalable AI-enabled workflows.
• Define top-line success metrics and own measurement for creator analytics reporting.
