  • Define Reliability & Stability Metrics by working on system metrics telemetry logging and validation, establishing key performance indicators for Engine systems.
  • Transform & Visualize Data for Actionable Insights by processing raw telemetry data, building robust analytics pipelines, and delivering clear insights to help the Engine intelligently scale quality.
  • Design Experiments & Apply Causal Inference to identify performance opportunities, understand trade-offs between system stability and other quality factors, and measure improvements.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration by partnering with Engineering, Product, Technical Program Managers, and other Roblox teams to explore new opportunities and navigate ambiguous problem spaces.
  • Shape the Future of Roblox’s Foundation by influencing how Engine systems evolve and helping to deliver a scalable, high-performance, and creator-empowering platform.
