Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end adoption & go-forward strategy for Samsara's enterprise AI tool portfolio.
Serve as the product and integration owner for enterprise AI platforms.
Co-develop and maintain a clear Enterprise AI Roadmap with functional leaders and AI champions.
Own the measurement framework for AI product value, tracking efficiency gains, adoption lift, and workflow impact.
Lead enablement, training, and communications for enterprise AI tools and foster a culture of AI enthusiasm and innovation.

Compensation

Base salary: $131k–$131k USD

Equity: initial RSU grant with no vesting cliff, and ongoing refresh opportunities tied to performance, subject to plan terms and conditions
