Responsibilities
- Lead Campaign Planning & Readiness: Define campaign scope, objectives, success metrics, and end-to-end execution plans including timelines, market sequencing, and capacity needs; conduct go or no-go readiness reviews.
- Drive Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Infrastructure, and Operations to coordinate campaign delivery, assign ownership, manage dependencies, and oversee in-market execution.
- Protect Fleet Availability & Scale Best Practices: Monitor fleet availability impact, implement guardrails, adjust plans in real time, and develop standardized playbooks and documentation for repeatable global rollout success.
- Ensure Technical Readiness & Field Deployment Success: Partner with Engineering to convert technical fixes into executable field actions, validate tools/parts/procedures, lead pilot launches, and ensure field teams are trained and launch-ready.
- Own Performance Monitoring & Issue Resolution: Track campaign KPIs, deliver regular status reporting, and serve as the central escalation point to rapidly resolve risks impacting timelines or fleet performance.
