- Manage test operations for internal and external teams of highly skilled QA professionals
- Collaborate with feature owners to assess development plans and identify test coverage requirements
- Own Jira bug tracking database, workflow, bug entry, and regression testing
- Supervise, facilitate, and streamline work between internal and external test resources
- Investigate, analyze, and report bug trends, quality metrics, and project-level risks to leadership
