Responsibilities
- Define and own the GRC roadmap across SOC 2, ISO 27001, customer requirements, and privacy.
- Lead customer assurance end-to-end, representing Wispr on security reviews, calls, and questionnaires.
- Standardize and automate GRC processes using tools like Drata, SafeBase, and Linear.
- Partner with compliance engineers and coordinate audit evidence, controls, policies, and risk registers.
- Translate customer security requirements into structured feedback for Product and Engineering teams.
