Responsibilities

• Track the problem lifecycle from identification to resolution and closure, ensuring root cause analysis (RCA) on major and recurring incidents.
• Manage major incident postmortems and facilitate weekly review meetings to identify long-term remediation actions.
• Continuously review and approve operational, break fix, and emergency changes submitted in ServiceNow, and support CAB meetings for normal changes.
• Create, manage, and publish training materials and facilitate training sessions for Problem Management, Incident Management, and Change Management processes.
• Manage and update documentation on policies and procedures to ensure compliance and generate weekly/quarterly reports on problem task status updates to Technology Leadership.
