Responsibilities
- Contribute to careful curation of training and evaluation data and propose/build ML evaluation metrics aligned with real-world success.
- Quickly prototype generative models, perform deep analyses of improvements, and collaborate in a joint codebase with high code standards.
- Contribute to the maintenance of compute and ML development infrastructure and plan wet lab testing campaigns with the bio team.
- Carry out model inference against biological targets to enable wet lab testing and quickly learn from wet lab results to feedback data to models.
- Stay updated on ML developments, gain a strong understanding of protein/cell biology, and participate in knowledge sharing and conferences.
