Responsibilities

• Own and deliver complex Teamcenter customizations and integrations for ArsenalOS PLM using ITK, SOA, BMIDE, and Active Workspace
• Build high-performance integrations between Teamcenter and other ArsenalOS systems including ERP, MES, and CAD
• Design and implement scalable data models, business logic, and workflow solutions while minimizing upgrade friction
• Set the bar for engineering excellence through technical decisions, architectural guidance, and high-quality code contributions
• Leverage frontier AI tooling like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot for rapid development
