Responsibilities
- Fulfill customer service orders for mainframe z/OS customers as they pertain to CICS TS and related OEM software products
- Provide primary support for reported problems related to CICS TS and related OEM software products on a 24 x 7 x 365 basis
- Follow procedures for installing, upgrading, maintaining, and enhancing OEM software products according to best practices and standards
- Support customer migration services and assist project managers in the technical transition of newly acquired customers
- Execute tasks associated with disaster recovery plans in cooperation with Disaster Recovery Services
