Responsibilities

• Develop test plans, schedules, and approaches for functional, regression, integration, system, usability, and UAT.
• Write and execute test cases, scripts, and data scenarios for both manual and automated coverage across web apps, APIs, and services.
• Lead verification activities on work products, document and communicate results, and drive resolution of complex defects.
• Build and maintain CI/CD integration for automated tests, devising improvements to existing procedures and developing daily metrics.
• Mentor junior testers and shape testing standards across the program.
