Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, configuration, and optimization of Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Loom, Rovo, and Confluence for a high-performance, enterprise-grade environment.
• Manage global settings, user permissions, and security schemes in a central shared management environment, ensuring strict adherence to compliance and data privacy standards.
• Design and implement AI-driven agents and workflows using Atlassian Rovo to accelerate knowledge discovery and reduce manual support overhead.
• Build scalable self-service pattern templates, request types, forms, and automations that enable teams to manage their own workflows.
• Manage and maintain Atlassian internal application code repositories within GitHub, implementing automated testing and CI/CD best practices.
