Responsibilities
- Design and maintain Jira workflows, schemes, screens, and custom fields, and configure Confluence spaces and integrations.
- Develop automation using Jira Automation and scripting tools, and implement/maintain Atlassian marketplace apps and plugins.
- Build integrations between Atlassian tools and other platforms like Slack, GitHub/GitLab, service management, and CI/CD systems using REST APIs, Python, or JavaScript.
- Assist with platform upgrades, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support Atlassian cloud administration.
- Work with engineering and operations teams to streamline workflows, implement automation, and standardize project templates and governance.
