Responsibilities
- Design and build across the ServiceNow platform, including Flow Designer workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
- Build and maintain integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP, and OAuth.
- Configure and deploy AI skills and agents using Now Assist and Moveworks from pilot into production.
- Maintain work quality through code reviews, unit testing, and smooth annual upgrades.
- Document all developments and integrations clearly for future maintainability.
