- Execute hands-on configuration, customization, and technical architecture of the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Direct the full product lifecycle for ServiceNow modules, balancing feature velocity with platform stability and managing technical debt.
- Establish and enforce rigorous performance metrics and service level agreements across all ServiceNow workflows.
- Lead and mentor the engineering team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and platform best practices.
