- Own the technical foundation of the platform, including CMS configuration, structured knowledge architecture, search optimization, and system integrations.
- Ensure The Pantry’s navigation structures, templates, metadata models, and integrations are designed to scale as the organization grows.
- Maintain the platform architecture and technical infrastructure supporting the employee knowledge platform.
- Translate technical CMS constraints into clear guidance for business stakeholders and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
