- Partner with the leadership team to identify inefficiencies in current workflows, capacity planning models, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Evaluate and propose how Agentic Protocols and LLM-based tools can be integrated into daily operations.
- Design and potentially prototype automated solutions to improve team efficiency and meet SLAs.
- Rethink and redesign performance metrics for an AI-augmented environment, focusing on value-based output.
- Provide formal strategic recommendations on how financial operations must adapt, including roles, responsibilities, tools, technologies, and structure.
