Responsibilities

• Serve as the system owner and top-tier administrator for Greenhouse, GoodTime, and BrightHire, managing configuration, permissions, and compliance.
• Own and maintain the integration layer between TA systems and the rest of the People stack using APIs and middleware.
• Build and own a multi-quarter TA systems roadmap and evaluate new tooling, including AI-enabled recruiting tools.
• Manage day-to-day vendor relationships, acting as the escalation point for outages, defects, and negotiating renewals.
• Write scripts, queries, and automations to eliminate manual work, custom reporting, and integration alerting.
