Responsibilities

• Provide deep architectural oversight across all core Workday domains and define the technical vision for the global Hire-to-Retire ecosystem.
• Architect the technical foundation for HR automation goals, including Agentic AI workflows and Model Context Protocol (MCP) ecosystems.
• Develop Proofs of Concept and rapid prototypes to validate complex integrations and configurations before scaling to production.
• Own the Workday environment and release strategy, defining sandbox structures, tenant management protocols, and deployment readiness.
• Serve as a technical mentor for internal analysts, engineers, and functional leads, and advise executive leadership on technology direction.
