Responsibilities

• Define the target-state architecture for Finance and Legal applications, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy and growth objectives.
• Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end architectural solutions for Finance and Legal systems, ensuring integration, scalability, and performance across the enterprise.
• Architect and implement AI/ML-driven solutions to optimize finance and legal processes such as predictive forecasting, anomaly detection, spend optimization, contract risk scoring, and intelligent reconciliation.
• Ensure seamless data flow across ERP (NetSuite/Oracle), Coupa, Scout, Anaplan, Conga, and Xactly systems using APIs and middleware (Boomi).
• Identify opportunities to embed generative AI, natural language processing (NLP), and large language model (LLM) capabilities into core Finance and Legal processes.
