Responsibilities
- Develop quality software and web applications, focusing on the ServiceNow platform and integrating with other technologies.
- Analyze and maintain existing software applications, and design highly scalable, testable code.
- Perform 3rd party integration development using REST, SOAP, and mid servers.
- Write/create custom business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, and ACL’s within ServiceNow.
- Work independently with customers on implementations and remote services, including troubleshooting configuration/script issues and participating in SCRUM calls.
