Data Analytics Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and own canonical data models in Snowflake to serve as the company-wide source of truth, ensuring they are clean, queryable, and AI-ready.
• Structure datasets for optimal performance with vendor AI tools, focusing on consistent schemas, rich semantics, and well-indexed access patterns.
• Explore and prototype MCP integrations to enable conversational data querying for internal teams.
• Eliminate shadow tables and one-off datasets by proactively addressing team data needs at the platform level.
• Own the transformation layer (dbt), implementing rigorous testing and validation to ensure data trustworthiness for all consumers.
