Responsibilities
- Own the technical strategy and operational health of the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform and the guest-facing front-end ecosystem, setting architecture direction and ensuring consistency.
- Lead platform upgrades, security, performance, reliability, and scalability initiatives across the platform and UI layer, establishing and evolving engineering standards.
- Design, implement, and review APIs, microservices, and backend integrations, contributing hands-on across the stack to unblock teams and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices (agentic IDEs, code assistants) to improve throughput and quality, while setting standards for responsible AI usage.
- Mentor and coach engineers, provide technical leadership to development teams, and foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing engineering culture.

Required: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
