Principal AI Engineer – Automation & AI

Tech Stack

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered automation solutions across eClinical Solutions with a builder-first approach (70–80% hands-on development).
• Design and deploy agentic AI workflows and automation solutions for various enterprise functions, including R&D, Engineering, Professional Services, IT, Finance, Sales, and Marketing.
• Translate business problems into working AI systems by designing lightweight architectures, implementing prompt engineering, orchestration logic, API integrations, data pipelines, testing, validation, and monitoring frameworks.
• Drive high-velocity execution by delivering continuous output with weekly or bi-weekly releases, prioritizing use cases based on ROI, technical feasibility, and speed to value.
• Provide technical guidance to a small team of AI engineers and automation specialists, leading by example through hands-on contribution and supporting the evolution of the AI engineering function.
