Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of AI-assisted development and AI-DLC practices across Engineering teams.
• Work closely with Engineering, SQA, Product, Architecture, and DevOps to embed AI-assisted development and automation throughout the SDLC.
• Identify opportunities to utilize LLMs, modern AI tools, agentic AI patterns, and automation to streamline requirements, development, testing, and delivery.
• Establish repeatable AI-enabled software delivery practices, define and track engineering performance, quality, and AI adoption metrics.
