Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with clients and prospects to build the AI product pipeline and expand processes.
• Provide technical direction and system design solutioning to the engineering team on LLM systems.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team members focused on support, expectations, and delivery alignment.
• Own overall delivery, managing the program-level timeline and risk mitigation plans.
• Ensure robust business-facing documentation including implementation plans, roadmaps, and PRDs.
