Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow large-scale teams of annotators and trainers, driving performance management and career development.
• Define and manage project scope, objectives, timelines, and quality metrics for data annotation and curation projects.
• Own quality control and data integrity across the annotation lifecycle, analyzing datasets for trends and anomalies.
• Partner with engineering and research teams to optimize internal tooling and champion innovations in AI, ML, and multimodal processing.
• Serve as a domain-knowledgeable point of contact for customers in data engineering, analytics, and BI environments, leveraging platforms like Databricks and Snowflake.
