Responsibilities

• Lead and scale global delivery teams of 100+ across functions and regions, implementing data-driven performance management systems.
• Own the quality, accuracy, and scalability of data for LLM training, leveraging Python scripting, APIs, and automation.
• Lead generation and delivery of high-quality datasets for SFT, RLHF, reasoning, and agentic workflows, overseeing the entire data lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise AI clients, managing expectations, delivery timelines, and escalations.
• Recruit, mentor, and coach cross-functional leaders (Engineering, Data, Operations, Program Management) and drive continuous improvement.
