Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of datasets, RL environments, and evaluations for coding agents/software engineering for AI lab customers, ensuring frontier standards for realism, correctness, diversity, and difficulty.
- Build and lead cross-functional teams of software engineers, researchers, QAs, and data creators, including interviewing, onboarding, training, and mentoring.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customer projects, interfacing directly with researchers and engineers to understand needs, gather feedback, and define success criteria.
- Drive research by fine-tuning models, building benchmarks, running evaluations on frontier models, and publishing research papers and technical posts.
- Oversee development of internal tools for data generation and verification, and design dashboards/APIs for customers to run model evaluations and integrate Turing data.
