Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end creation of datasets, RL environments, and evaluations for Coding Agents/Software Engineering for AI lab customers.
• Ensure all client deliverables meet frontier standards for realism, correctness, diversity, and difficulty, establishing quality rubrics and validation processes.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams of software engineers, researchers, QAs, and data creators, providing mentorship and training.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customer projects, gathering feedback and co-defining success criteria with researchers at frontier AI labs.
• Drive research, sales enablement, and industry thought leadership by fine-tuning models, building benchmarks, and publishing papers on Turing’s data products and innovations.
