Responsibilities

• Lead RL Environment projects end-to-end for one or more clients, ensuring quality expectations are surpassed and delivery is on time.
• Ensure the RL environments, input data, and generated data (e.g., agent trajectories and reward scores) meet frontier standards for realism, difficulty, and diversity.
• Work with Ops to build, interview, hire, onboard, train, and retain a team of engineers, domain experts, QAs, data creators, and reviewers.
• Set up processes for team members to generate environment code, database schemas, seed data, tasks, and verifiers, including quality rubrics and automated validation.
• Own customer relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for leading AI labs, providing updates, soliciting feedback, and identifying growth opportunities.
