Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end creation of datasets, RL environments, and evaluations for coding agents and software engineering tasks, ensuring frontier standards for realism, correctness, diversity, and difficulty.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams of software engineers, researchers, QAs, and data creators, providing mentorship and ensuring technical excellence.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customer projects, collaborating with researchers and engineers at frontier AI labs to understand needs, gather feedback, and define success criteria.
• Drive research by fine-tuning models, building benchmarks, running evaluations on frontier models, and publishing research papers and technical posts.
• Oversee the development of internal tools and infrastructure to accelerate data generation, verification, and provide customer dashboards and APIs for model evaluations and data integration.
